This dress was made by a fabulous pet couture designer that does high end runway shows for pet couture. If you like one of a kind, this is also a gown for your furbaby! The under layers add volume so the dress lays properly when worn. This does come with an extension for the waist of needed. This can give you 2” extra if needed.
